FAQ
Questions agencies and businesses ask before getting started.
Straight answers on white-label work, technical support, confidentiality, and collaboration.

Agency partnership
How does white-label work in practice?
At the start we agree how visible we should be, who owns the client relationship, and how approvals flow. In many engagements we stay entirely behind the scenes and work only with the agency team. If needed, we can also join calls or workshops under an agreed role.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. NDA is standard unless opted out. We are used to confidential work, limited sharing, and access only to the systems required for the work.
Do you compete with agencies for end clients?
No. Agencies bring us in as the software partner behind the work, not as the agency replacing them. If the engagement is white-label, we respect that structure.
Can you work inside our tools and process?
Yes. We usually plug into GitHub or GitLab, Jira or Linear, Slack or Teams, Figma, staging environments, and the agency’s existing QA or approval flow.
Technical support
Can you join an existing project partway through?
Yes. We often come in mid-project for ERP, CMS, portal, integration, AI or cloud work, rollout support, or stabilization. We start with a short review of the scope, codebase, risks, and deadlines, then take ownership of a defined workstream.
What kind of work do you usually take on?
Three common buckets: white-label software delivery for agencies, ERP or CMS platforms and operational systems, and integration, AI, cloud, or stabilization work for active projects.
Can we start with one project before anything long-term?
Yes. Many good partnerships start with one launch, one workstream, or one stabilization phase. If the collaboration works well, we continue.
How fast can you start?
If the scope is clear and the fit is right, a small workstream can usually start quickly. Broader builds need a short alignment phase first so dates and responsibilities stay realistic.
Communication & quality
How do you communicate?
Calmly and directly. We prefer short written updates, clear next steps, and decisions that are documented instead of living in chat history.
Can you work with account managers, producers, or operations leads?
Yes. We are comfortable working through the agency’s delivery structure. A clear day-to-day owner on your side usually makes the engagement smoother.
How do you keep projects predictable?
We define the first workstream clearly, ship in small reviewable increments, and keep blockers visible early. Pull requests, tickets, and handover notes create an audit trail instead of leaving progress vague.
Can you hand over cleanly after launch or at the end of a phase?
Yes. Clean handover is part of the job. We document what changed, note known follow-up items, and make sure the next owner is not guessing.
Commercial fit
Do you only work with agencies?
No. We also work directly with businesses that need ERP systems, inventory systems, CMS platforms, portals, integrations, or ongoing technical support.
Is long-term support available?
Yes. We can stay involved after launch, continue as technical support, or handle maintenance and ongoing technical work.
Can you share named references or live client work?
Often no. A lot of our work sits behind NDAs or limited-publicity arrangements. We can discuss more detail when confidentiality allows.
How do we start?
Send a brief outline of the project, the timeline, and how you want us to fit into the workflow. We will reply with a practical next step rather than a generic sales sequence.
